Marty Friedman – The Legend of Punk Rock!
September 20th 2009 01:22
Marty Friedman, which is also known as “Martin Adam Friedman”, was born in December 8, 1962 and grew up in the Washington D.C. When he was a student, he joined a puck rock band named, “Deuce”.
In the early 80s, he moved to Hawaii and formed a metal band, “Hawaii”. He has been traveled all around the world, and in 1986, he formed a band with the guitar prodigy, Jason Becker that is given name as “Cacophony”. This band is slightly different from others, as it mixed the oriental flavor melody into it and making it exotic yet unique!
In 1988, the band second album, Go Off had achieved many great credits from public. In the meantime, Marty’s song, “Dragon’s Kiss” is truly remarkable, as he blended the Eastern Pentatonic scale into the song and turns it into a hit song! Because of this incident, he had been an instantaneous celebrity overnight.
Now, let’s take a closer look on his music clip, “Tibet”. I loved the Tibetan music style very much…
Enjoy and relax your mind with this incredible song!
