Who Say a Tortoise Can’t Rock N Roll?

October 9th 2009 10:32
If you think that tortoise is a slow motion and boring living creature, then think again! This Tortoise is absolutely will blow your mind off, as it’s the coolest and stylish post-rock band in the United States of America.

Each of Tortoise band members equipped themselves with quirky style, which they’re combined the indie rock, punk, Krautrock, dub, electronic and various jazz into a unique music style (Honestly, I haven’t see any post-rock band that can mix assorted types of music together).

The music lovers have praised the Tortoise band as the pioneer in the post-rock music industry.

As I knew, Tortoise had released their latest album, “Beacons of Ancestorship” on June 23, 2009. It’s their sixth studio album, which is equipped with eleven fabulous songs!

I left you here with the song, “Salt the Skies” from Tortoise. Hope you’ll take a look on the music clip!
